Tealight Сandles Colection — 3D-printed Silicone Mold Housing Frame (STL Files)

This package contains 3 design versions:

• Single Mold — Round: The classic round design

• Single Mold — Tilted edges: A square shape with tilted edges at 5°, creating a unique design.

• Triple Mold — round: An optimized housing frame that allows you to pour three items simultaneously

💠 Assembly & Usage Details

• The formwork features special sockets at the bottom; simply mount your master model into the sockets using double-sided tape or weak glue.
• Press the finished silicone mold out through the dedicated holes at the bottom (refer to the video for a better understanding).
• Note: Silicone will try to push the inner framework up—it must be fixed in place by placing something flat and heavy on top, such as a piece of glass.

• Diameter — 55 mm (2.2 in)
• Height — 25 mm (1.0 in)
• Walls — 4 mm (0.2 in)
• Volume (Wax) — 30 ml (1.0 oz) — ~7 hours burn time

💠 Silicone Required for Mold Creation

For Single Mold — 80 ml (2.7 oz)

For Triple Mold — 190 ml (6.4 oz)

If you need 190 ml of silicone to pour the mold (to know the weight in grams, you need to multiply the volume by the density of your silicone).

Example:
190 ml x 1.14 (density) = 216.6 g

Important: You must use a non-silicone release spray like "Ease Release 200" for the demolding—otherwise, you will have to break the frame to remove the mold.
