If you would like to make a return or exchange:

Contact me within 7 days of delivery 
Ship items back within 20 days of delivery 

Conditions of return (physical product only):
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact me.

For digital download, not a physical product. Nothing will be shipped out. This will automatically be sent to you via email — There was no refund!

As long as you are Active Subscriber, you will be able to sell physical goods created from my Design
Please notice: My digital content (STL files) is never allowed to be resold or shared

Refunds
We are unable to offer refunds except in extreme circumstances.
