In the archive, there are 3 types of cups with a diameter of 80 mm and heights of 50 / 70 / 90 mm (corresponding to 130 / 200 / 280 ml)
• Each cup variant includes options with:
 • Rounded bottom — radius R10 / R20
 • Flat bottom
 • Rounded and flat top edges
• In total, there are 18 cup models plus 4 lid variants included
• Also included: Mold Housing Frame — adjustable by height

Specifications
• Height — 50 / 70 / 90 mm (2 / 2.75 / 3.5 in)
• Volume — 130 / 200 / 280 ml (4.4 / 6.8 / 9.5 oz)
• Diameter — 80 mm (3.15 in)
• Wall thickness — 6 mm (0.25 in)
• Wick holder socket — 23 mm

🔹 V2 Formwork / Housing Frame

• The frame consists of a single piece and features a lock mechanism that prevents shifting
• Added reinforcing ribs, and the model thickness is optimized for 0.6 mm perimeter width, printed in two passes
• The model has precise gaps, ensuring a perfect fit if printed on a calibrated printer

• These models are based on extensive experience in designing and producing silicone molds — hundreds of hours of 3D modeling and printing, and dozens of prototypes tested in real-world conditions
• I can confidently say — this is the most convenient, optimized, and thoughtfully designed model for pouring silicone molds that you can find on the Internet!

🔹 Assembly Details

File: M5-insert-bottom (Mmodel).stl
• An M5 nut must be inserted and glued to the bottom of the master model
• This allows the master model to be screwed securely to the bottom of the formwork with a countersunk M5×12 mm screw
• 4 mm self-tapping screw (any length) is required to fasten the inner cylinder with the holder from above

🔹 Silicone Required for Mold Creation

• For 50 mm height — 260 ml
• For 70 mm height — 330 ml
• For 90 mm height — 400 ml

Example:
If You need 260 ml of silicone to pour the mold (to know the weight in grams you need to multiply the volume (260 ml) by the density of your silicone.
Example:
260 ml × 1.14 (density) = 296 g

🔹 Important Notes

• Use a non-silicone release spray such as Ease Release 200 for easy first demolding
• Vacuum the silicone before pouring to remove air bubbles
