Key Features
🔸 Best for fast lenses 50 mm and more
🔸 Over 30 ready-to-use bokeh templates
🔸 Easily rotatable, can be set at any angle
🔸 Solid blank filter included in .STL and .STEP for creating your own bokeh templates / patterns
🔸 Ability to edit and adapt the design for any fast lens directly in the slicer using my instructions
🔸 By default in version 2.0, compatible with lenses using 52 / 55 / 58 / 62 / 67 / 72 / 77 / 82 mm filter threads and an aperture opening diameter of at least 35 mm*

🔍 How does it work?
The shape of bokeh follows the shape of the aperture.
The wider the aperture is opened, the larger the bokeh highlights appear in the background.
If you change the aperture shape, the bokeh shape changes accordingly.
This does not affect image quality — it only affects the amount of light passing through the lens.
Because of this, the image may become slightly darker but sharper, similar to stopping down the aperture.
Bokeh template size
For best performance, Use a lens with a large aperture opening of 40 mm or more*
In my design (V2.0), all bokeh templates are inscribed into a 35–40 mm circle, which makes them suitable for lenses with an aperture opening diameter of at least 35 mm (ideally 40 mm or more).
⚠️ It is important to consider that the farther the bokeh highlight is from the center of the frame, the more it may be clipped.
The most complete and clean bokeh shapes appear closer to the center of the image.
* To calculate the physical aperture diameter, use the following formula:
Focal length / maximum f-number
Examples:
• 50 mm / f 1.2 = ~41.7 mm
• 85 mm / f 1.8 = ~47.2 mm
What if your lens aperture is smaller than 40 mm?
You can manually resize the bokeh template in your slicer using my instructions.
To do this, you need to:
1️⃣ Calculate your maximum aperture diameter using the formula
Focal length / maximum f-number
Example:
• 35 mm / f 1.8 = ~19.4 mm
2️⃣ Resize the bokeh template to fit inside your aperture opening
